Organizational Skills!
I just wanted to thank you so much for your help with everything for our conference last weekend. Your organizational skills made us feel confident that at least the transport would run smoothly! Kerry and I really appreciate everything you did. Rachel, I hope you got some sleep after you crazily long shift! I hope to work with you again in the near future but in the meantime our biggest thanks from all the team here at Energy. (during volcanic cloud disruptions)

Hi Rachel, I cannot thank you enough for your help and advice while my group & I were in Paris, every time I had a request or an emergency (which happened a lot...), you managed to deliver first class service and solution. You are the best & the most professional lady in the business I have met. I noticed you worked overtime for us, and I could actually feel that you CARE about us, not to mention your perfectly fluent English which makes you a life saver on top of all! I would no doubt recommend you to all my friends, & you are definitely THE Paris Connection to have in my travel book! I wish you all the best!!

One of your competitors called yesterday to see if they can book the tour as a part of their "commitment tto the finest customer service"! I was surprised to hear from them as their quote came 6 days after my initial request which was 5 days after you responded.  Your quick response, fair price, and courtesy and your prompt customer service earned your company the business.

Excellent Service!
On behalf of a group of 36 happy and fortunate South African pupils and 9 adults, I want to thank you for your excellent service during our stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We enjoyed every moment of the excursions and were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the bus driver / coordinator on the Monday & Tuesday, the guides to Versailles (who managed to secure the visit in spite of a strike by museum staff), the driver who brought us to Gare du Nord and also your excellent help when I phoned you. It really made things easier in spite of our inabillity to use the French language. I shall encourage future tourists to make use of your service
 
Special Evening!
Just to say thank you to you & Paris Connection for being so efficient. Everything ran like clockwork & it was wonderful to know that we would be collected exactly when you said. A particular highlight was dinner at Tour 58 Eiffel Tower. Not only was it wonderful to have priority access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower but the dinner itself was splendid with very friendly service, a good choice and excellent food and wine. The timing of the return of the Seine Cruise was perfect as we had a great view of the 10pm twinkling light show. An evening that we shall always remember & to be recommended to all your clients especially if they are celebrating a special birthday or anniversary. Thank you again!

Extremely Impressed!
Sorry I didn t make contact yesterday I spent most of the day catching up on things. I met all of the guests off the boat at Newhaven yesterday morning and although tired they were extremely impressed with the service provided. Thank you very much for stepping in at such short notice. If we are ever in need passenger services in Paris again we will certainly be in touch. Please pass on my thanks to John. Great Team Event!
The group was very happy with the whole team event, we all enjoyed the guided Paris city tour as well as the lunch at the Eiffel tower, the Seine cruise was also very relaxing & interesting. Once again we appreciate all your efforts! Thank you
