Early Evening Seine Dinner Cruise
Panoramic Dinner on the River Seine!
A short 1.5 hour early evening dinner cruise in Paris. Enjoy fantastic views of the sights & delicious food on board. You will be seated at your own private table, clients are never placed on shared tables with other diners. Smart dress (jacket and tie appreciated but not essential, no jeans, trainers, or shorts allowed). 18.00 boarding, 18.30 cruise, 20.00 cruise ends. Scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms and diced bacon, served with bread fingers
Beef tail and cheek terrine, gherkin condiment and crisp salad
Creamy green Puy lentils cappuccino served with a foie gras mousse
Gravlax salmon marinated in dill served with Granny Smith apple sticks and tangy whipped cream
Main Course
Poached pollack filet served with creamy rice and chive butter sauce
Preserved Duck legs topped with mashed potatoes served with lamb s lettuce salad
Roast poultry medallions served with buttered cabbage and red wine sauce
Tender Pork filet served with braised lettuce in an aromatic juice, Madeira sauce
Desserts
Matured Brie de Meaux served with mixed salad
Crêpes Suzette and orange butter with Grand Marnier
Opéra cake with chocolate and coffee icing, Arabica bean cream
Lemon tartlet with candied zest jus
Poached Gascony pear served in spiced citrus syrup

 Perfect!!
"I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I & my friends enjoyed our recent trip to Paris.
The weekend was made even more perfect due to the arrangements you made for the airport transfers and dinner cruise. Jean our driver was more like our Parisian host than any transfer driver I have used in the past he was excellent! He was polite, helpful & always on time.
The river cruise was fantastic. I booked the Premier Service as it was my 40th birthday and I wanted to ensure, as far as possible, that we had a very special night but I must say the whole evening surpassed my expectations. I have been on an evening river cruise before and knew what a beautiful experience it is seeing all the sights lit up, however our waiter made the evening so special and entertaining he was great (unfortunately I can t remember his name but he had a great moustache!). The food was exceptional and again the whole meal surpassed my expectations.
Thank you one of the best weekends ever.
