Rachel, as we had hoped, my husband and I returned to Paris last month (June) and, again, chose Paris Connection for our transfer service. When we arrived, we went to gather our luggage - only to be told to leave the area immediately because a few abandonned suitcases had been found and the "officials" were going to remove them before blowing them up. (Yes, welcome to the 21st century...) So, we had to go into the main terminal where we were greeted by our Paris Connection driver - Valerie - and to whom I explained the luggage situation. She remained unflapped by it all, called Paris Connection to explain the delay, checked with an official about the possible wait, and then stayed with us until we were allowed to re-enter the baggage claim area to retrieve our bags. On June 16, another driver picked us up at our hotel (I feel awful that I've forgotten his name!) to transfer us to CDG. He was prompt, courteous, amusing, and even sent greetings to us from Bruno (our driver during our December visit).
Needless to say, Rachel, my husband and I are dedicated Paris Connection clients! Our next trip to Paris in either December or June (or both!) will have us contacting you again for transfers. Thank you for offering such a professional, friendly, helpful, and considerate team.

Firstly I would like to thank you for the superb transfer service we received from yourselves on a recent visit to Paris. The pick up at the airport and at the Disneyland Hotel was prompt, your vehicles were clean and comfortable and your drivers were excellent. We returned yesterday evening from our rather quick trip to Paris to celebrate the New Year, but would like to take the time now to write about our wonderful experience with Paris Connection. First, of course, I'd like to thank you for your prompt replies to my several emails! You took the time to answer each of my questions. Since I have used other CDG - Paris transfer services in the past (including limousine companies with varying degrees of success), I wanted to make sure that Paris Connection would not be among my "less than happy" transfer services... quite the opposite ended up being the reality! Since there were four of us traveling together with far too many pieces of luggage (!), I knew that we'd need a minivan. Happily, Paris Connection was able to supply us with a very modern, comfortable and clean minivan.
But, Rachel, just as important as a good vehicle is the importance of a good driver. Let me state that Bruno, our driver, is the BEST driver! He was punctual, amusing, courteous, helpful, considerate, and an excellent driver. Many times on previous trips with other Paris transfer companies, I have literally closed my eyes in the car while the driver was using excessive speed or taking risks on the highway to Paris; this was not the case with Bruno. He drove with caution, at a good speed, and without any risk taking. I told him that the transfers with him were the first time that I actually looked where I was going, rather than trying not to panic. My husband and I intend to return to Paris in June and will certainly contact Paris Connection again... and, hopefully, will have the pleasure of being transferred by Bruno.

I booked Paris Connection for my parents on 11 April, transfer from Orly to Charles de Gaulle Airport and needed to email a note of gratitude to you and the driver. I just spoke to my mother on the phone and she explained to me how the driver got out of the vehicle at Charles de Gaulle Airport and helped them through the airport to the check-in counter, to help ensure they would make their flight home. Also, I need to thank you for your willingness to keep me updated with what was happening with them via mobile. Your offer to call me and let me know they were safely at the airport and checked-in was more than I expected from a shuttle service. If you could please pass on a huge thanks to him from me, I would greatly appreciate it.

We just wanted to take a moment to tell you how thrilled we were with your customer service and Paris tours! Rachel, you really put together a wonderful package for the limited time we were in Paris -- including lunch at the Eiffel Tower! That lunch made a huge impression on everyone in our family! Thank you for pulling that one off! You were so prompt with return e-mails, Rachel. And you always took the time to answer every one of my questions -- a huge sigh of relief for someone like me who was not Paris knowledgeable. And the Versailles tour, Louvre visit and Paris city tour you planned for us were just wonderful!
John, your private shuttle service was impeccable. Always there! Always on time! Always with a smile on your face! And even smiling on our very first day when our rental apartment agent was more than an hour late -- yet you stuck with us and made sure we were in our apartment before leaving us! That's a real professional!
And when you took us to Versailles Chateau and to the Louvre and for our lunch at the Eiffel Tower -- you had us into all three of those hugely popular places by special entrances within 15 minutes! Even though the general public lines were hundreds and hundreds of people long in all three places! We would have stood there for HOURS if we had tried to get in on our own. Again, John, it was the mark of a real pro knowing where to go and how to take care of your customers!
We can't say enough good things about Paris Connection. If you're planning a trip to Paris, and your French is a little rusty or you just want a service that really knows its way around town, Paris Connection is the service to use! We checked out several, and Rachel and John just stand head and shoulders above all the others we even briefly considered. And when you're with them, you are really like a part of their family -- no greater feeling to have in a foreign country!

Just wanted to drop you a line to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Fontainebleau with Paris Connection! We had such a great day, including a great meal at Chez Bernard. Also the Versailles Chateau Tour - getting to Versailles early, with the priority entrance, added to our enjoyment of the day. I had been to Versailles years ago, in the afternoon on a crowded, hot day. What a difference getting there early, not waiting on line and actually having room and space to see the rooms made to the visit. John was a fun and informative guide and we felt comfortable the whole time. I will happily recommend Paris Connection.
