Finding a restaurant for a group in Paris is not just a question of choosing somewhere with a good menu. The restaurant needs to be able to handle the group comfortably, serve within the time available and work with the rest of the day’s programme.
After more than 20 years organising tours and transport in Paris, we have built up a good selection of restaurants, brasseries and dining venues that we use for groups. Some are places we return to regularly; others are chosen according to the area, group size, budget and style of meal required.

Restaurants We Know for Group Travel
We work with selected restaurants across Paris and at many of the destinations our groups visit, including Versailles, Giverny, Fontainebleau, Champagne and Normandy. We look at practical details as well as the food: group capacity, coach access, service time and menu choices.
Paris Restaurants & Brasseries
We can propose anything from a straightforward two- or three-course group lunch to a more elegant dinner, depending on the occasion.
Our aim is to find reliable restaurants with good food and suitable group menus and service.
For corporate groups, special occasions or clients looking for fine-dining, we can also suggest more upmarket restaurants, private dining rooms and venues.
Group Menus
Group restaurants normally work with a fixed menu chosen in advance. This allows the kitchen to serve a larger party efficiently and helps keep the schedule on time.
We can send menu choices in English and help you select an option appropriate for your group. Vegetarian meals and other dietary requirements can usually be arranged when advised in advance.
If you have a particular restaurant in mind, we can also check whether it accepts groups and whether its arrangements are suitable for your itinerary.
Lunch During a Sightseeing Day
A leisurely restaurant lunch may work well on some days, while on a busy Versailles, Giverny or Normandy itinerary a shorter stop may make more sense.
When we are also arranging your coach and Tour Guide, we can look at the complete programme and suggest where lunch fits best rather than treating the restaurant as a separate booking.
Boulangerie Take-Away Lunchbox Packs
For groups that do not need a full restaurant lunch, we can arrange simple take-away lunchbox packs prepared by a French boulangerie. These include a baguette sandwich, a pastry or dessert and a drink. This can be a practical option for groups with a busy schedule or a limited budget.
Please note:
Food and drinks (with the exception of water) may not be consumed on board our coaches. Take-away lunches therefore need to be eaten during an appropriate stop.
Eiffel Tower Lunch or Dinner – Madame Brasserie
Madame Brasserie, located on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, is one of the group dining experiences we arrange frequently. Groups can book lunch or dinner with a pre-arranged menu, making it a practical way to combine a meal with the experience of being inside the Eiffel Tower. The reservation includes the lift access required to reach Madame Brasserie on the 1st floor.
Please note:
The restaurant reservation provides access to Madame Brasserie on the 1st floor only. It does not include access to the Eiffel Tower 2nd floor or summit.
Madame Brasserie can be booked as part of a Paris group programme or as a standalone reservation.
Seine Lunch & Dinner Cruises
We can arrange lunch cruises and evening dinner cruises with different menu and seating categories, together with private coach transfers from your hotel if required.

For an evening programme, we can also arrange dinner and show packages at the Moulin Rouge, as well as other Paris cabarets and entertainment venues on request.
