10th August: ROME FCO – PARIS – ROUEN
8.20 am from CDG AF1005 and transfer to the centre. Guided tour of modern Paris (Opera, Place de la Concorde, Les Champs Elysèes, l’Arc de Triomphe). Free lunch. In the afternoon visit the Eiffel Tower (exterior). Departure for transfer to the hotel Ibis Rouen Centre Rive Gauche Mermoz. Accommodation in reserved rooms. Dinner and overnight stay.
11th August: ROUEN – HONFLEUR – CAEN
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Rouen, the capital of Normandy, also called the city of a hundred bell towers. Guided tour of the historic center, Notre Dame Cathedral of Rouen, Joan of Arc Square. Free lunch and continuation to Honfleur, city of painters and Impressionism. Visit the historic center characterized by cobbled streets and the richness of its cultural and artistic heritage, still a destination for artists who come to Honfleur to paint landscapes and places from its historical past. In the evening, transfer to the Hôtel Le Savoy Caen, dinner and overnight stay.
12th August: MONT-ST-MICHEL – ST MALO’
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Mont-St-Michel, a rocky islet surrounded by a magnificent bay, a famous place of influence of the tides. Walk across the walkway bridge to reach the charming streets of the village. Guided tour of the Abbey, an example of medieval architecture. Free lunch and continuation to St Malo, a town located in the Brittany region. Visit the old city and the Gothic Cathedral. In the evening, transfer to the hotel Brit Hotel Privilège Saint-Brieuc Plérin, dinner and overnight stay.
13th August: PLEYBEN – LOCRONAN
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to visit Pleyben, an important attraction due to the presence of the wonderful parish complex made up of the calvary, the church and the funerary chapel which offer an original vision of Catholicism. Continue to visit Locronan, one of the most beautiful and prestigious villages in France for its ancient and picturesque architectural heritage, a true fairytale village built entirely of granite. Of notable historical importance are the church of Saint-Ronan, the fountain and the chapel Notre-Dame-de-Bonne-Nouvelle. in the evening return to the hotel Brit Hotel Quimper Sud, dinner and overnight stay.
14th August: QUIMPER – CONCARNEAU
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Quimper, a town with stone jewels that maintains the typical Brittany style. Guided tour of the Cathedral and the Locmaria district to also admire the Romanesque style. Walk along the alleys of old Quimper. Free lunch and continuation to Concarneau, a fishing town. Visit the Ville-Close (closed city) surrounded by its fortifications and one of the most beautiful bays in Brittany, which retains an ancient charm with the Clock Tower, deployed cannons, gardens and ramparts. At the end of the visit, transfer to the hotel Brit Hotel Quimper Sud. In the evening dinner and overnight stay.
15th August: RENNES – PARIS
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to visit Rennes with its half-timbered houses, the sumptuousness of the opera house, the historic center from the Mordelaise gate and the Saint Pierre Cathedral. Free time for lunch and continuation to Paris. Arrival at the hotel Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle in the evening, accommodation in reserved rooms, dinner and overnight stay.
